They were wonderfully communicative throughout the process (even from a 500 mile distance) and I have never seen a wedding cake disappear so quickly. We had vanilla genoise cake layered with lemon mousse and raspberry mousse with lemon buttercream. I have never tasted a lighter or silkier butter cream-- it was divine!
